⚠️ Important world limits & recommendations

Since Nowhere is fully browser-based, optimization is imperative. Find the balance of polys, materials, and shaders, lean into minimalism, optimize all of your assets, and be creative.

  1. 50 MB project size incld. textures (ideally <25 MB)
  2. Triangle Count: 500k tris
  3. Draw Calls: 150 (especially important for mobile)
  4. Collision Mesh: 50k triangles (this is a big performance hit. Decimate and keep as low as possible)
  5. Geometry: 50 meshes (combine & instance when possible)
  6. Textures: 50 (atlas and combine, fewer the better)
  7. Textures dimensions 2048K (2048x2048) (4k are possible, but may break experience for mobile)
  8. 4 dynamic lights (only use if needed)
  9. Content Entities: 25
