The broadcast video is not in sync with the audio, or the broadcast keeps pausing

  1. Make sure you have a good internet connection.
  2. Close all unnecessary tabs in your browser and applications on your computer.
  3. Reduce the size of your internet browser window.
  4. Reduce the resolution or quality of the video you are streaming.
  5. Navigate your pod far away from other users in the Space, and position yourself so you are only viewing the skybox.

The broadcast audio is garbled or stilted

  1. Make sure you have a good internet connection.
  2. Turn off your Echo Cancelation on the account that is broadcasting in the Space.

The broadcast video is distorted, slanted, or split

<aside> 👓 Occasionally, this is only visible to the account and/or computer which is streaming the video. Ask others in the Space if they see the same thing you do. If they do, try the following steps:

  1. If the video you are broadcasting is in Full Screen, change it to Theater Mode.
  2. Click the Stop Broadcasting button, refresh the tab you are trying to broadcast, then try broadcasting again.
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. Click the Stop Broadcasting button. Close the space and kick out all guests. Reopen the space, and try broadcasting again.
